Appointments booked online require a non-refundable $100 deposit that is fully redeemable on services.
48 hours notice must be given to re-schedule an appointment.
Your $100 deposit will roll over to your new appointment if 48 hours notice is given.
Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment, will result in forfeiting your deposit or paying a cancellation fee of $100
No-show/cancelling the day of your appointment, will result in the full service fee being charged.
Please understand that a last minute cancellation/no-show is a missed opportunity for another client.
We do not offer refunds, however we are happy to work with you to resolve any potential concerns.
Due to specific times being allocated for each service, should you arrive late, this time will be deducted from your service time, which may result in your service being adjusted.
Please note: rescheduling two times in a row will result in a fee of $100 or forfeit of deposit.
